Shipping timeframes

As our products are fulfilled by our suppliers overseas, most orders are delivered within 2–4 weeks from dispatch.

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to customs, courier delays, local postal services, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Shipping delays

Shipping addresses

Lost or missing parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at darcyanddad@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist. Once an order has been shipped, delivery is managed by the relevant courier or postal service.
