Returns

Due to our complex fulfilment process, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or sizing issues. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

We only accept returns or offer refunds where an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at darcyanddad@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the problem and make it right.

Items sent back to us without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damages, faults and incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, faulty, or if you have received the wrong item. If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the issue and product availability.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • change of mind

  • incorrect size, fit or colour selection

  • sale items

  • gift cards

  • custom or personalised products

  • personal care items

  • perishable goods

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at darcyanddad@gmail.com.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may have certain rights under local consumer law, including a 14-day cooling-off period in some circumstances. However, some exceptions may apply depending on the nature of the goods. Please contact us at darcyanddad@gmail.com if you believe this applies to your order.

Refunds

If a refund is approved for a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

One note: if this is going on your Shopify store, you should make sure it matches the consumer laws that apply to where you sell, especially Australia, the UK, and the EU, because a blanket “no returns” policy can still be limited by mandatory consumer rights.
